RECEPT: JUHA Z LEČO

Zdravo! 
[Hello!)

Danes vam bom predstavila zdrav in preprost, topel obrok: juho z lečo. Pred časom sem jo delila na instastoryu (marcelaanzel) in izrazile ste željo, da objavim recept. Juha je primerna za vegane, vegetarijance, mesojedci pa si lahko dodamo tudi koščke piščanca.
[ Today I am going to present you a very simple, healthy, warm meal; lentil soup. I shared it some time ago on my instastory (marcelaanzel) and you wanted me to post it, so here it is. Soup is ideal for vegan and vegetarians, my fellow meat lovers can add some chicken breasts in it.]

Za juho z lečo potrebujete:

- 2 čebuli
- česen (v prahu ali v stroku, količina po okusu)
- piščančje prsi (za vsejedce)
- 200ml pasiranega paradižnika (lahko tudi narežete svežega) 
- 1 jušna osnova 
- 1 krompir (jaz dam navadnega, ker sladkega ne maram)
- 200g leče (vrsta ni pomembna)
- pol bučke
- korenček (količina po želji)
- sol, poper
- curry (po okusu)

[For lentil soup you'll need:
- 2 onions
- garlic (2 cloves of garlic, or you can you ground garlic as well)
- chicken breast (for meat eaters)
- 200 ml of mixed tomato
- 1 vegetable bouillon
- 1 potato (I use regular potato, because I don't like sweet ones)
- 200 grams of lentils
- half a zucchini
- carrots
- salt, pepper
 - curry ]

Priprava:

Nasekljamo čebulo in česen. Prepražimo na kokosovi maščobi, da postekleni. Tisti, ki jeste meso, dodate piščančje meso in ga popražite. Lečo splahnemo z vodo, dodamo v posodo in prelijemo z litrom vode in pasiranim paradižnikom. Dodamo jušno osnovo in krompir ter počakamo, da zavre. Dodamo bučke, korenček ali kakršnokoli drugo zelenjavo, ki jo radi jeste, tako boste tudi dlje siti. Juha naj vre še kakšnih 15 minut (pokušajte, kajti sama ne kuham na čas, ampak po občutku), tako da bo leča mehka. Začinite po okusu. jaz dodam sol, poper in pa meni najljubši curry. 

[Preparation:
Chop the onions and garlic and fry it in coconut oil on low heat for few minutes. Meat eaters - add meat. Rinse 200g of lentils, pour 1 litre of water and tomatoes. Add the bouillon and potato and wait till it boils. Add the zucchini, carrots or any other vegetables by your preference, since it will be more filling. Let the soup boil for another 15 minutes or so (trg the soup, because I do not cook by the time, I always try it), until the lentils are soft.Season the soup as you like it (o not over do the salt). I add salt, pepper and my fauvorite - curry.]











Serviranje:
Pojeste takšno, kot je ali pa jo s paličnim mešalnikom zmiksate v kremno juho (super za takšne, kot sem jaz, ki ne marate teksture leče). 

[ Serving:
Eat it as is or you can mix it into a cream soup (great for people like me, who do not like the texture of lentils).
